HRSI is looking for Operator Staff for one its leading client

Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial machines/equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Start up and shut down machinery safely and efficiently.
• Ensure continuous and smooth operation of assigned machines/production lines.
• Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting tasks under supervision.
• Keep accurate logs of machine performance, downtime, and maintenance.
• Identify and report equipment issues to maintenance or engineering teams.
• Follow safety, health, and environmental regulations strictly.
• Assist in the installation, calibration, and testing of machinery (if applicable).
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Participate in regular training and skill‑upgrading sessions.
