Objectives of the Position
To perform daily plant operations safely and efficiently under the supervision of the superior, ensuring compliance with BASF's Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards, company guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements.
The role focuses on collaborating with shift leaders and team members to meet production and quality targets, drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and reduce costs, and maintain a clean, safe and environmentally compliant work area through strict adherence to SOPs and best practices.

Execute tasks as instructed by the superior.
Perform all production operations in accordance with Batch Cards, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and work instructions to ensure safe, effective, and compliant execution of tasks.
