Operator Network Expansion Officer

Job Description

• Lead network expansion through feasibility analysis and strategic planning to optimize coverage and growth.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and onboard operators/franchisees.
• Launch and scale new hubs, ensuring operational readiness, staffing, and training.
• Monitor hub operations, including logistics, warehousing, delivery coordination, and KPIs.
• Implement and enforce SOPs, policies, and best practices to ensure efficiency and cost control.
• Drive process improvements through data analysis and workflow optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
• Act as the escalation point for operational and partner-related issues.
• Lead strategic projects to enhance operational efficiency and network capability.
