  • Determining the feasibility of current & planned initiatives through quantitative and qualitative analyses
  • Planning and managing new projects and initiatives to increase operational efficiency or increase network capability
  • Managing the sourcing and negotiation of service point partners to scale different expansion and facility types
  • Prepare detailed plans to track and monitor project development and performance
  • Plan, launch, and scale the operator model of the company
  • Coordinate directly with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Deliver significant operational improvement and financial benefits to meet annual targets

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Management/Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 4 years of work experience in strategy, project management, franchising, and/or process excellence
