JOB SUMMARY

• Perform daily production routine to meet the production schedule and ensure good housekeeping at Production floor.
• Follow instruction from Production Leader, Production Supervisor and Production Engineer as well as Production Manager.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up accordingly to SOP and running machine.
• Ensure using correct Process Standard.
• Proper recording of Job Order output and Process Card.
• Report to superior of any abnormality or defective found in Production.
• Perform general machine maintenance. Fill up daily preventive maintenance.
• Collection and sorting of scrap.
• Ensure good housekeeping and involved in 6S activities.
• Ensure to maintained the standard of ISO 19001(quality), ISO 45001(occupational safety and health), ISO 14001(environment) requirements and it's objective are complied.
