u2022To opearate & monitor the liquid process equipments & operation activities like wet mixing,heat
processing,homogenization & CIP as per schedule in the plant facility.
u2022Should have knowledge of food process industry and cGMP affecting product quality.
u2022To maintain quality standards, tools and methods for processing materials into finished products.
u2022 Identify maintenance and improvement needs on line
Major Responsibilities:
u2022 To comply with manufacturing schedule.
u2022To operate & monitor plant operation as per quality & safety compliance.
u2022To build good work environment across teams to have healthy relations.
u2022To assume responsibility to improve process efficiency and quality of product.
