Position Summary

Marathon Petroleum is seeking highly motivated Process Technology Operator Interns to gain hands‑on experience in a refinery operations environment. This internship is designed to provide students and recent graduates of a Process Technology program with practical exposure to refinery operations while developing technical, operational, and interpersonal skills necessary for a career as a Refinery Operator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and apply technical knowledge, problem‑solving abilities, and interpersonal skills in a refinery work environment under the guidance of refinery operations personnel.
• Monitor, regulate, troubleshoot, and support the operation of refinery process equipment and systems.
