Join Ericsson as our HW Assembly and Test team member. This role contributes to the production of cutting-edge technology products through the entire Product Life Cycle (PLC). Your feedback on product and processes, particularly in the early phases of the PLC, will help enhance quality and performance. This position offers opportunities for proactive involvement in upholding product quality, implementing screenings, and reaching performance targets.

What you will do

• Follow standardized workmanship protocols to prepare materials and assemble, rework, test, and/or tune products according to specifications.
• Operate machinery and tools per the set instructions, while conducting production preparation and/or machine programming as needed.
• Execute product troubleshooting, automate equipment operation, and expedite minor stop debugs for smooth processes.
