+ Operate production machinery in Cell and Module Assembly
+ Monitor equipment and maintain production standards
+ Package products and move materials throughout the facility
+ Follow safety procedures and work instructions
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area
**Requirements**
+ At least 6 months of manufacturing experience
+ Stable work history with strong attendance
+ Ability to work in a clean-room environment and wear required PPE
+ Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including every other weekend, or assigned weekday schedules
+ Ability to lift, move, and package materials as needed
