Are you an operator eager to uncover the secrets of cookie recipes and play a vital role in the production process? Keep reading!

For the coating department of a renowned bakery in Harderwijk, we are looking for an enthusiastic operator. As an operator, you will be responsible for perfecting products through coating, a technique widely used in the confectionery and chocolate industry. You will contribute to the high-quality finish of our products, meticulously following prescribed specifications and strict quality standards.

In addition to the variety in recipes, you will ensure a clean and hygienic work environment. Together with a team of operators and production workers, you will maintain a smooth production flow on the coating line. You will mainly work in a 5-shift schedule, with some months of the year in a 3-shift schedule. In short, this is a challenging role with plenty of opportunities for personal development.
