Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing industrial company (an advantage)


• Hands‑on mentality


• Experience with production equipment


• Willingness to learn and openness to new processes and equipment


• Ability to work in a team, flexibility and personal resilience


• Willingness to work in a yellow‑light cleanroom


• Willingness to work shifts (2‑shift system)


• Good written and spoken German skills
