Job Purpose

To carry out Quality control checks in the Depot and Apron and assists with fuelling and defueling of Aircraft.

Job Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)

• Monitors storage tank dips. Carries out physical dip measures to ensure regular fuel level checks and compares the results against the tank gauging system.
• Completes floating suction checks, conductivity checks and routine serviceability checks on the tanks.
• Takes samples from filters, tanks, pipelines and other equipment in the Depot and shelters.
• Receipt of products by bridges and unloading into storage tanks as per company procedures.
• Loads the refuellers and/or transfers fuel to satellite tanks as and when required.
• Cleans and maintains all sampling equipment including buckets, bottles, close‑sampling system, etc.
• Follows HSE procedures and wears Company issued uniforms and safety gear.
