Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Manufacturing, assembly and testing of hoses.
  • Operating all related equipment and machines.
  • Production of raw materials (pre-production).
  • Any other duties as required by your supervisor.
  • Strict adherence to all SOP’s and working practices.

Quality

  • To comply with ISO 9001 & API Q1 standards ensuring that all works data is sufficiently recorded and updated, and all work procedures are kept and adhered to.
  • To ensure all product manufactured is to the agreed specification / acceptable standard.
  • To report product and process related Non-Conformities.

Safety

  • To comply with company Health & Safety standards and company policies.
  • To wear, always, correct PPE.
  • Ensuring machines and work area are kept clean and tidy.
