**ESSENTITAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ 能够严格按照工艺操作指导书要求操作，并按时完成生产任务。
+ 能够掌握本岗位操作要点、相关性和重要性，并了解工艺中质量要求，严格执行质量标准。发现任何问题必须及时向上级反馈。
+ 认真执行生产线的5S，设备的PM，WIP控制，物料控制以及其它制度。
+ 参加本部门的在岗培训，完成各项技能考核。
+ 积极参加公司的FBS，IR，EHS等企业文化的活动。
+ 完成生产主管临时布置的工作。
**QUALIFICATIONS:**
+ 工作经验：拥有 1-2 年合资或独资企业工作经历者优先。
+ 技能与能力：具备精密仪器调整经验者优先；理解能力正常，能快速掌握岗位操作要求。
+ 工作适应力：可接受倒班制度及临时加班安排。
+ 职业素养：服从管理安排，具备较强的团队合作意识与工作责任心。
