OPERATOR 3, WAFER FAB (Assistant Technician)

Job Description

This position is responsible for routine task, wet hood chemical preparing, support shift personal to perform preventive maintenance including Sputtering tool, Chemical tool and 5S management.

Responsibilities

1.Assisting Shift or PM technician with daily routine activity as tool issue troubleshooting / consumable PM part preparation and shield standby.

2.Responsible for the area 5S activity together.

3. Responsible for consumable part inventory / metal scrap management /5S

4. Support chemical Drain /change / top up / consumable or spare part order

5.Daily reporting for the inventory / job done / PM task complete and follow up

6.Recover minor stoppages of tool according to tool OCAP

7.Attend daily Meeting to highlight t issue and support need for the day

8. Send out daily report on work activity done and daily 5S clean prior shift end.
