The Material Analysis Lab Operator provides operational and hands‑on support to the Material Analysis and Failure Analysis laboratory, focusing on sample handling, routine lab tasks, DPA/CDPA execution support, and ensuring smooth daily lab operations for all packages especially GaN qualification and reliability activities.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day lab operations for material analysis, DPA/CDPA, and FA activities.
• Handle sample logging, labeling, tracking, and storage in accordance with lab procedures.
• Perform basic sample preparation tasks such as mounting, grinding, polishing, cleaning, and de‑encapsulation under supervision.
• Execute routine DPA/CDPA steps according to defined work instructions and checklists.
• Assist technicians and engineers during analysis and lab experiments.
• Follow all EHS, chemical handling, and safety protocols strictly.
