THE PERSON:
A successful candidate should be comfortable dealing with testing documents, different computer software and good attention to details. You are independent, resourceful and take initiative. You are a phenomenal teammate with positive working demeanor and excellent customer service skills when dealing with contractors and suppliers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help Organize and Optimize Requests from Engineering teams by Priority and Urgency
• Support Organization and Handling of material
• Assist and support the moving of important materials to the locations it needs to be run on
• Ensure schedules are followed and test results are communicated to the product teams.
• Accurately complete all paperwork associated with Engineering Work Requests
• Ensure proper housekeeping in the lab as well as other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Connect with engineers or product teams about requests
