Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Training Specialistlocated in Prai, Penang.

In charge of Program management of Learning programs, Co-ordination and Training delivery to the assigned client group(s) within operations, and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure associates have the necessary skills to meet the requirements of their position.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Delivers new hire training and other training programs to assigned client groups. 
  • Evaluates training to ensure effectiveness and that associates have the necessary skills to perform job duties. 
  • Maintains business relationships with management liaisons to ensure feedback on process and results of the training are incorporated into the ongoing curriculum.
