To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an Operations Training Specialist located in Fontana, CA.
Reporting to the Operations Training Manager, the Operations Training Specialist is responsible for overseeing learning and development programs for the site. This includes coordination and training delivery to assigned groups within operations, as well as provides ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure associates have the necessary skills to meet the requirements of their position.
What a typical day looks like:
Oversee all training activities across the facility
Facilities and delivers new hire training and other training programs to assigned client groups.
