This role focuses on delivering high-impact training programs that prepare employees to excel in a fast-paced BPO environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Mobility Accounts and is confident handling both voice and non-voice processes.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate new hire training, refresher courses, and upskilling sessions covering process, product, and behavioral competencies.
Design, enhance, and regularly update training materials, manuals, and learning resources.
Evaluate trainee progress through assessments, observations, and coaching sessions.
Collaborate closely with Operations and Quality teams to address performance gaps and training needs.
