, provides comprehensive hands-on and theoretical training across our state-of-the-art production facility. You will rotate through key areas, mastering complex equipment operation, quality assurance, regulatory compliance (cGMP), and continuous process optimization.

Successful trainees will gain mastery in:

• Precision operation and troubleshooting in pharmaceutical operations.
• current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and quality assurance.
• Autonomous maintenance.
• Documentation control
