Operations trainee

Our client is looking for a Operations Trainee to join their team in Colombia. The individual will focus on managing day to day activity of the current coffee business in the country including procurement, processing, quality, shipments and logistics. It's a well-rounded role that gives the experience of managing a large business in one of the fastest growing Arabica coffee origins. The professional main responsibilities will be assigned a Branch Manager position in their country of origin or other country in the Latam region where we have operations. 

Responsabilities:

• Design, implement and manage the procurement Strategy for coffee in the country with the respective teams below him to drive and deliver volumes as per the overall coffee business plan;
