Operations technician (Santander)

Position: Operations Technician – Madrid

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Technician to join our Operations team in Madrid, playing a key role in supporting the French market.

The role involves performing routine operational and technical tasks within the Operations department, supporting Domestic and Multinational programmes for the French and wider European business areas. The work will focus on processing policies, supporting the customer service delivery and complying with general network service level agreements.

The role is desk based and involves working as part of a team owning policy maintenance, processing, and recording of quality business data. The job holder will be able to effectively process in the systems all types of policies including complex and/or multinational programmes, adhering to best practices. You will work closely with other internal departments to deliver a high level of service.
