We are at Teleperformance hiring for Team leader-operation.
Responsibilities
Must handle Attrition, shrinkage, Aht , and CSAT of the team in a BPO
Must have inbound experience.
Minimum 1 year of experience is required in BPO.
Manage daily operations of the team.
Provide guidance and support to team members.
Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Pay range and compensation package: Upto 4.5 lpa
