Role Title: Operations Team Lead

Direct Reports: 5 (3x Warehouse, 2x Customer Care)

VidaSpace supplies beautiful architectural finishes for projects all over New Zealand, and our Levin operations hub is the engine that keeps it all moving. We’re after someone to lead a team of five across the warehouse and customer care roles, plus purchasing and freight. It’s a proper hands‑on role: one day you’re planning stock and chasing an overseas shipment, the next you’re jumping in to help the team get orders out the door.

You’ll be a good fit if you’ve led a hands‑on team before, you’re comfortable with systems (we use Odoo, Pipedrive, and Microsoft), and you’re the kind of person who spots a clunky process and can’t help fixing it. You’ll need to be able to work on‑site in Levin most of the week.
