Cascadia Metals is seeking a hands‑on Operations Team Lead for our Delta branch. This role is responsible for leading day‑to‑day warehouse and production activities, setting the pace for the shift, and ensuring standard operating procedures are consistently followed. The Team Lead is a working leader who supports execution on the floor while driving safety, productivity, and team performance.

This position is ideal for someone with experience in metal and coil handling who is comfortable operating equipment and leading from the floor.
