Possess comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end freight process, including operations, sales, trade accounts, and Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, utilizing CargoWise One.
Reports directly to Operations Manager for service delivery results.
Communicate team status, tasks accomplishment, and direction (oversee and monitor day-to-day operations).
Provides status of reporting to client.
Serves as a focal point to communicate and resolve issues.
Escalate issues which cannot resolve by the team.
Provide guidance to the team based on management direction and the client’s direction.
Develop an action plan that the team will use to reach their goals.
