  • Partner with culinary leaders to ensure menu items are set up correctly in POS systems.




  • Oversee menu updates—including pricing, descriptions, and promotions—ensuring accuracy and alignment across all locations.




  • Conduct ongoing audits to identify opportunities for improving profitability and guest experience.




  • Manage POS platforms, keeping systems current, secure, and fully optimized for restaurant operations.




  • Work with IT teams to troubleshoot issues quickly and minimize downtime.




  • Leverage reporting tools to track sales, monitor menu performance, and identify cost or margin gaps.




  • Execute variance analysis to spot discrepancies and develop corrective solutions.
