To stabilize a growing company with high staff turnover by building practical systems that ensure work continues even when people resign, go absent, or underperform.

SCOPE OF WORK (NON-NEGOTIABLE DELIVERABLES)


You will be responsible for delivering the following within 60–90 days:

1) Operations Structure

  • Map all critical roles
  • Identify single points of failure
  • Design redundancy & backup coverage

2) Role Scorecards (Output-Based)

  • Create weekly scorecards for:

  • Technical / Estimator/ Prod'n/ AutoCAD staff

  • Operations Mgr/ Project Mgr/ Proj Engineer
  • Sales Team
  • Sales and Technical Coordinators
  • Marketing Team
  • E-commerce Team
  • Admin / Ops
  • Metrics must be measurable, binary, enforceable
