Join ITProFound as an Operations Support Specialist/System Administrator in Ontario, focusing on user access, system maintenance, and backup solutions. This role is based onsite in Toronto for 10 months.
This role supports the Province of Ontario's IT framework. You will configure and support various systems, tackle complex application development issues, and monitor network operations. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of AODA laws, programming experience, and familiarity with contact center solutions, including Amazon Connect.
