We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Operations Support Specialist to support our janitorial operations at Vancouver Island University (VIU) in Nanaimo, BC.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys administration, operations coordination, and working in a fast-paced environment while supporting both management and frontline staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize operational paperwork and documentation
- Monitor daily activities and reports through the Lighthouse App
- Coordinate schedules and communication with supervisors and cleaners
