Operations Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The Operations Support Specialist role is responsible for supporting the delivery of consistent operations processes, policies, and other operational administrative activities with the objective of driving the efficient functioning of the Clients & Industries organization, ensuring our people are empowered to relentlessly focus on winning in the market and deliver exceptional client service.

The position reports to the Operations Senior Specialist and will be aligned to one, or a portfolio of Clients & Industries Pillar/ Team activities. Day to day the role will have dotted line reporting to the respective Pillar Operations leader.
