About the Role

The Operations Support is the execution engine behind No More Mondays' weekly webinar + workshop delivery.

You'll make sure every reset, sequence, link, workflow, and recording delivery happens on time and accurately—so the marketing and growth engine runs without friction. This role is for someone who doesn't just do tasks… you keep the world in sync: copy, systems, links, tracking, and routing.

Primary Goal

Ensure every webinar, workshop, and session reset is properly set up, that all SMS, emails, and WhatsApp messages going out are accurate and streamlined, that recordings are sent after each event, and that the Looker Studio dashboard is updated after each week's webinar/workshop.
