Job Description
The Operations Support role reports to the Shipping Supervisor. This role will support production and inventory in the plant by reconciling different forms and fleshing out root causes of discrepancies. The role will work closely with inventory and production Departments to ensure efficiency in reaching production goals with zero non conformities.
Some of the main responsibilities of this position are;
- Collect data from resources such as Protrace, Videojet to prepare the production balancing report which includes FG quantities, RM quantities used, bad bags, fruit waste, wrong boxes.
