Operations Support person

The Operations Support role reports to the Shipping Supervisor. This role will support production and inventory in the plant by reconciling different forms and fleshing out root causes of discrepancies. The role will work closely with inventory and production Departments to ensure efficiency in reaching production goals with zero non conformities.

Responsibilities

• Collect data from resources such as Protrace, Videojet to prepare the production balancing report which includes FG quantities, RM quantities used, bad bags, fruit waste, wrong boxes.
• Make adjustments to the partial FG, RM, FG returns on protrace that are sometimes missed by the scanners.
• Extract, review and prepare a synthesis of data generated by databases and reporting tools.
• Format data from various sources to prepare draft reports for management review on a daily and weekly basis.
