Key Responsibilities:

  1. Merchant Support & Issue Resolution


• Assist merchants with troubleshooting technical issues related to payment processing, integration, and platform usage.


• Respond to merchant inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring timely resolution of issues.


• Escalate complex technical issues to senior support or development teams as needed.


• Maintain a log of common merchant issues and provide recommendations for improving support processes.

  1. Merchant Onboarding & Training


• Assist in onboarding new merchants onto the platform, guiding them through account setup and system integration.


• Provide training and support on the use of Experteye Solutions' payment solutions, ensuring merchants can maximize the platform's features.


• Ensure all required documentation is collected, verified, and processed correctly.
