Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the design, operation, and optimisation of cloud and virtualised infrastructure—including compute, storage, networking, container platforms, and monitoring systems—across development, staging, and production environments.
Implement comprehensive observability and monitoring frameworks using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and related tooling to ensure proactive issue detection and system performance insights.
Uphold Whole‑of‑Government compliance and security standards through continuous monitoring, access management, hardening, and governance tooling such as CyberArk.
Drive automation and Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices with Terraform, Ansible, and CloudFormation to deliver consistent, reliable, and fully version‑controlled platform deployments.
Apply SRE principles to reduce operational toil, manage SLOs/SLIs/error budgets, and enhance system resilience, while collaborating closely with application teams and maintaining clear docume...
