Operations Support Engineer

Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Operations Support Engineer to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of mission‑critical systems across on‑premises and government cloud environments. This role is responsible for day‑to‑day operational support, incident management, and continuous improvement of IT services supporting both internal teams and external users.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor critical systems and applications to ensure high availability and optimal performance
Perform routine operational tasks including patching, updates, configuration changes, and system maintenance
Respond to alerts and incidents in line with SLAs, performing root‑cause analysis and timely resolution
Escalate complex issues to relevant technical teams while maintaining clear stakeholder communication
