Position Summary

The Operational Support Associate is responsible to ensure the customers are well supported. He/she assists internal/external customer’s request for any kind of operational support.

He/she maintains, manages documentation and records in an organized manner. Operational Support Associate analyzes the requests to define trends and actions to improve processes to improve the business.

The Operational Support Associate works closely together with the various stakeholders to ensure optimal performance of the Service Organization ensuring maximum Customer focus.


Duties And Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL

  • Adequately responding to customer issues
  • Actively maintain the Jira helpdesk, by prioritizing, assigning, and updating spare parts requests.
  • Assist in part ordering, price validation, track deliveries, prepare shipping documents.
