Role Overview

The primary responsibility of the Operations Support Administrator is to support the business, providing the administration needed to service Hilton-Baird Collection Services and the wider Hilton-Baird Group. The role involves meeting personal and team targets while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data entry and transposition from source format to Excel
  • Loading instructions onto the Saleslogix collections platform
  • Filing and retrieving paperwork
  • Answering and screening phone calls and resolving queries
  • Supporting the collections team in their duties
