Reporting directly to the Operations Manager – Foxtrap Facility, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for creating a zero-harm environment, maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, and for the effective supervision of the operators and colony drivers.

Job Duties

• Supervise the daily operations, including planning, assigning, and monitoring work for operators.
• Create a zero-harm environment and ensure that the team upholds GFL's safety and service standards.
• Liaise with customers and contractors, conduct site visits, and assist with quoting and tendering processes.
