Job Title: Operations Supervisor
Location: University Pad Residences Taft / UPad Hotel - 912 P. Ocampo St, Malate, Manila
Schedule: Mon-Sat, 8AM-5PM
Reports To: General Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the residence to ensure efficient, safe, and smooth functioning.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, and front desk staff.
• Monitor facilities, maintenance works, and service contractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and house rules.
• Address tenant and guest concerns and ensure quality customer service.
• Manage inventory of supplies and company assets.
• Prepare operational reports and documentation.
• Assist the General Manager in implementing operational policies and improvements.
• Act as point person during emergencies and incidents.
