Operations Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in operations, logistics, manufacturing, or a supervisory role.
• Proven experience in managing teams and operational processes efficiently in a retail industry
• Understanding of operational procedures, compliance, and safety standards.
