Lead and manage a team of dispatchers, ensuring smooth daily operations and achievement of performance goals. Coach, train, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative work environment. Oversee transportation planning and dispatching (LTL, containers, vans, and tractor-trailers) to optimize resource utilization. Monitor driver performance and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in collaboration with the dedicated team. Maintain accurate records in the Transportation Management System (TMS) and ensure operational data accuracy. Work closely with drivers, clients, and other departments to quickly resolve operational issues. Analyze operations to improve delivery punctuality, reduce delays, and optimize overall efficiency.
