Job Description:

The Assistant Floor Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the Floor Manager and Store Manager by overseeing floor operations, driving sales performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring exceptional customer experience.

This role is hands-on and operational, requiring strong leadership presence on the floor while contributing to strategic execution. Key Responsibilities include:

• SUPPORT THE MANAGEMENT OF ALL FLOOR DEPARTMENTS TO ENSURE OPTIMAL SALES PERFORMANCE
• DRIVE TURNOVER AND MAXIMISE GROSS PROFIT WHILE CONTROLLING EXPENSES AND MANAGING KEY OPERATIONAL RATIOS
• Navigate management and sales reports to identify trends and take corrective or growth-focused action
