Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily hub operations to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of express shipments. The role focuses on supervising staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards, managing resources, and continuously improving operational performance in the Kalibo area.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily operations including inbound, outbound, sorting, dispatch, and delivery activities.
• Ensure on-time delivery performance and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage and supervise operational staff, riders, and third-party service providers.
• Conduct daily manpower planning, route planning, and workload allocation.
• Monitor courier productivity, attendance, and performance; provide coaching and corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
