Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage deployed staff at assigned client locationsEnsure staff attendance, punctuality, and proper behavior at all timesMaintain daily attendance records, duty rosters, and manpower reportsCoordinate with clients to ensure monthly attendance is verified and confirmed for invoicing purposes.Coordinate with HR and operations teams regarding staffing requirements, replacements, and absenteeismEnsure employees follow company policies, safety rules, and client guidelinesHandle employee concerns, minor grievances, and basic disciplinary mattersConduct on-site inspections to ensure work quality and complianceAssist with onboarding, orientation, and training of new staffAct as the first point of contact for client feedback and operational issuesReport incidents, misconduct, or performance issues to management promptly
