Operations Supervisor

Track, monitor, and improve department KPIs, including dispatch target achievement, on-time delivery, and defect-free delivery.

. Maintain operational safety by preventing human injuries and vehicle damage in the stockyard.

. Inventory management and optimum utilisation of stockyard parking space.

. Ensure adherence to Maruti Operating Standards in all stockyard operations.

. MIS reports sharing with multiple stakeholders.

Know about yard operations and outsource manpower supervision.

.Proficient in MS office tools (especially MS Excel and Powerpoint).

.Knowledge of safety at work place.
