About The Role

This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for driver‑partners while maintaining strict compliance with company and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is operationally strong, detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and experienced in handling high‑volume operations with a strong focus on compliance, risk management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end driver onboarding operations, ensuring smooth processing, document verification, and compliance completion.
• Lead daily onboarding operations and support the team in achieving productivity, quality, and turnaround time goals.
• Ensure processes align with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
