  • Developing long and short-term strategies in support of VPC objectives.
  • Ensuring that coordinating and planning activities support VPC objectives.
  • Communicating VPC objectives, strategies, and activities to supervisory staff. 
  • Ensuring that adequate training and tools are provided to supervisory staff. 
  • Establishing routine management targets for the VPC. 
  • Identifying and implementing cost reduction activities.
